Zaxby's - Shelby

I have tried this restaurant more times than I should have. The staff I have encountered (always different) are average. Not necessarily rude, but not the friendliest either. The main issue, however, is the food. It is consistently soggy. I always request crispy tenders, but they never seem to get it right. Despite my reservations, my niece loves this place. However, in my opinion, the quality does not justify the price.

I went through the drive thru. Very friendly ppl. Driving thru was really fast. The cash registers were very friendly. My wings were so good that I licked my fingers. This sauce was very good.

Great place to eat, all people working here are exceptionally friendly and respectful. I saw them treat policemen with the same if no more hospitality than they came in. I recommend coming to everyone here.

I placed an online order for an appetizer last night, but the pickup time was scheduled for 10:45 this morning. I contacted Blair over the phone, and she was incredibly pleasant and helpful. She quickly resolved the issue when I arrived at the store. The entire staff at this restaurant is friendly and professional, making it a pleasure to do business with them.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for chicken strips. The food was delicious and the service was quick. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
