Wings Etc. Grill Pub - Shelby

I went there on a date with my husband a couple of weeks ago. I ordered 6 traditional wings in there mango or pineapple sauce. The sauce was wonderful. The wings it's self was just dry . I couldn't understand how you can mess up something your named after . The bone was even dry . So they replaced the wings. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich an it tasted like fish.. I would only recommend this place if you wanna get dry wings an a beer to wash it down.. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because there appetizers were good.

I honestly have always had awful service at this establishment thought we would give it another chance. Shelby the waitress was absolutely fantastic! She was on top of everything, very nice. I will be asking for her section when we go back. Only down fall is the language coming from the kitchen every time we have been there.

Passing through for a togo and stopped to order. I waited 40+ minutes for a cheeseburger special and 10 chicken wings with mac n cheese as the side for it to be runny and gross. The boneless were hard crumbs full of nothing! While waiting, more guests showed to be seated, a family didn't wait and seated themselves, the family in front of them left because of it. Called to complain about it my order and they did not care to listen. Don't recommend at all very rude and condescending.

Food was good. I had philly steak and cheese and mozzarella sticks. My husband had chicken wings and a pork pulled sandwich. Our waiter Shelby was good, nice and polite. My only complaint is that the place was empty (5 pm) and the food took a long time to come out. I ordered mozzarella sticks as appetizers and wings but they came with my food. So by the time i ate i had drank my margarita. I would still give it another try.
