They can sometimes be long and wrapped around the building (especially at the weekend). coffee is consistent and service is good.

I had a iced crisp apple marcchiato with oat milk. It was different but good, the barista was friendly.

Sophia is the nicest employee. Very positive and cared well for me as her customer. Made sure my drink was to my liking and overall made my experience stellar.

This is the closest location to my house, but I refuse to go here anymore. The people who work the drive thru (a few of them) are SO rude and snippy. They rush you and don’t even let you finish speaking before speaking, they argue with you if a drink is made incorrectly, and are just unpleasant to deal with. I drive way out of my way to the one on Utica Rd in Fraser now…staff is ALWAYS friendly and they make my drinks correctly.I am willing to overlook most things and have a lot of respect for service workers, but being treated rudely for no reason is a deal breaker.

I’ve now had too many unpleasant experiences to keep letting it go. Horrible wait regardless inside or drive thru, horrible drink quality, and I even worse employees. The first dozen times or so was great that’s only reason getting 2 stars. Today I was trying to order a chocolate cream cold brew with extra foam and add sweet cream to the drink, as it obviously doesn’t usually come in the drink it's just the cold brew and foam. The person put extra sweet cream on the screen, so I attempted to clarify that I just wanted a normal amount added, not EXTRA. It’s pretty self explanatory that you’re not ordering extra of something that doesn’t originally come in the drink well after 10 minutes of trying to nicely explain and clarify the girl was extremely rude and I get a black drink with enough foam for a foam party. Trenta… $8 wasted again. She’s like, “Everybody can hear your order they know you don’t want it too sweet.” So I get no cream in drink and so much foam I’m going to get diabetes. Last time I came the drive thru was backed up to the meijer parking lot and they made my drink 30 minutes before I get to the window and it was obvious it sat their the entire time. Completely gross and melted.
