Five Guys - Shelby Township

I don’t usually write reviews, but the service and food quality at the Five Guys in Shelby were outstanding! I visited with my elderly mother, who has been struggling to find a good hamburger lately, and Five Guys definitely changed her opinion! The two ladies in black shirts who were working today went above and beyond to assist my mother to her seat and even held the door for us on our way out. I can't express enough how hard the staff is working to ensure that everyone has a fantastic experience. My mom has found a new favorite spot to eat, and we will definitely be back soon!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. It wasn't overly crowded, but there were enough people seated to create a nice atmosphere. My order was prepared and just needed a quick 2.5-minute wait for fresh fries, which is their standard. You can't go wrong with hot, fresh fries! The staff was very friendly and communicated well with one another and the customers. The food was delicious and exactly what I ordered. I will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed their burgers. The patties were juicy and the cheese was delicious. The customer service was exceptional. I'm not usually a fan of fries, but theirs were quite good as well. I'll definitely be returning for another burger. Yum!

I had an issue with GrubHub delivering my food to the wrong address. However, the Shelby store quickly remade my order and even called me personally to resolve the situation. They issued a refund without any hesitation, despite GrubHub blaming them for the address mix-up. Just to clarify, I placed my order online and received a confirmation email with the correct address. The staff at the Shelby store were very professional and courteous, providing exceptional customer service. I highly recommend visiting this location; they have never let me down in the two years I've been a customer. Thank you, Five Guys! I’m a loyal customer for life!

I enjoy Five Guys, and this location is quite good. Most of the time, my orders are ready quickly, the restaurant is well-maintained, and I've never received a wrong order. Since it's the closest location to me, we eat here often. It's a perfect spot to grab a bite to eat after a lovely day at Stony Creek.
