Willow Sushi - Shelby charter Township

Wanted to ordered on Thursday 9/9 and they were closed. Went to look at their hours and they are only open on Tuesday and Wednesday. Now today on Tuesday 9/14 went to order and they are closed again! Google their hours again, and now it says they are open Thursday Sunday…… how can you expect people to order from you if your hours change weekly?

After leaving, I promptly called my delivery company to report the incident and requested that they block any future orders from this restaurant in my queue. If they can't hire staff who show respect for their colleagues and customers, they should seriously consider closing their doors. For anyone who values kindness and respect, I urge you to boycott this establishment until they can improve their customer service. It was a shameful display of how to run a business.

I had an early dinner at this restaurant on Saturday around 4 PM, and within just a few hours, I became very ill from the food they served. I called and left a message on Monday to speak with the manager, but I never received a call back. I will NEVER eat here again, as the food caused me severe food poisoning.

I left, called my delivery company, and asked them to block any future orders from this restaurant.
