The Penny Black - Sheffield

The pub was surprisingly good. We visited on a stag do as we were passing by on the way to our hotel. We were expecting a somewhat rough establishment, but we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were excellent, the beer was good, and we didn't encounter any problems with other patrons. We ended up stopping in a couple more times over the weekend.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for delicious food and beer. We ordered two portions of hunters chicken and chips for £11.50 and were extremely pleased with the quality. No complaints whatsoever.

Visited this restaurant again and was pleased with the generous portion sizes and attentive service. Compared to other city center pubs, this restaurant exceeds expectations.

Cozy pub with a good atmosphere. I was in England for a weekend for football matches and this pub appealed to me. Nice people at the bar who know us a little and a friendly owner/manager.

Friendly staff lovely food very affordable would definitely recommend
