Dismal a Yorkshire version of Fawlty Towers. If you have any reasonable expectations of customer service and care avoid!

A great venue. Becky looked after us really well. Food was excellent, all our requests positively received. Will definitely use Tapton Hall for our future workshops.

I don't even know where to start... Me and my husband Tom got married and had our reception at Tapton Hall last month, and oh my goodness, we cannot praise and thank the Tapton team enough for everything they have done for us. From the moment we met with them more than a year ago to discuss things, we knew we were on to an absolute winner!!! You can put ALL of your trust in Tapton, they will never ever let you down. It's a joy to deal with the team, and special mention must go to Becki, their wedding coordinator, who has been amazing to deal with. It's so relaxing to speak to Becki and Tapton because you know you don't have to worry about ANYTHING, they always have a smile on their face and are happy to help with anything. They are so so accommodating. No matter what we have thrown at Becki, she's been totally up for making our dream wedding a reality. The way that it all came together on the day was mindblowing. The food was incredible, and praised by all of our guests, the DJ was fab, and what a stunning venue for the ceremony itself! Becki and the team went completely above and beyond to help us, we cannot thank them enough!! If you get married here, you will have an AMAZING day!! We consider ourselves quite cautious people, so the fact that we say it was amazing and that we put 100% of our trust into them, shows how outstanding their support was. Please consider getting married here! It will be the best decision you make!

We held our wedding breakfast and reception at Tapton Hall and it was truly wonderful. The venue is beautifully decorated, exuding elegance and history. The food for our wedding breakfast was flawless and the buffet was top-notch and generous. All of our family and friends had a fantastic time and I highly recommend this location for any event.

I had the 5th birthday party of my daughter after school on a Friday teatime. it was fantastic! great room with lots of space for the children to run, quality fresh food, not this processed nonsense, and Fab staff ready to give a hand. we took our own music and loudspeakers for a disco and played some games, so no entertainers needed. the children had a great time and we were all finished and dusted off Friday night! would not hesitate to recommend others.
