Sang Lung - Sheffield

Firstly I found a fly in my food, not the end of the world I picked it out. Really disappointing meal tonight, the chicken was of such poor quality I chucked the entire meal in the bin! Usually not bad here. I don’t know what else to say.

We have been coming to Sang Lung for over 15 years and although there has been at least two different owners, the meals have always been brilliant and consistent. We are a fussy vegi household and they always accommodate our requests. I can count on one hand the amount of incorrect ordered in all these years. The bean curd/tofu selection is great and they will happily adjust any item so the menu (eg change of noodle to make gluten free etc) so the menu for people with different dietary requests is actually much broader than it seems. No where as good in the S6 area!

Ordered a takeaway not to bad till I opened special chow mien should have pork beef chicken and king prawn. No beef and the smallest prawn ever. Last straw never again

We have been going to Sang lung for a couple of years now after moving into the area. Our friends who are also within walking distance recommended it to us and I am so glad. Sometimes with takeaways you can have hit and miss with the same place but not this one! Such a consistent high standard of takeaway Chinese food, full of flavour, lots of options and friendly staff. Looking forward to having one again tonight!

Lovely staff, very organised and clean with COVID precautions. The salt and pepper chips are sensational I can't praise them enough. Wonderful flavours, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
