Airy Fairy - Sheffield

Whenever I am at the end of Sheffield, I visit Airy Fairy and enjoy their delicious food. The food is amazing and the service and the staff are always friendly!! I cannot comment on Vegan options as I am vegetarian. But I would say what I had myself. it comes to the ingredients.

Airy Fairy is the kind of slightly ironic and humorous name an alternative, craftsmanship would call itself. Hippy Dippy would be better for this place. The café area is so small, and the amount of crystals, wind chimes and handcrafted bits is so extensive that it is a little fragmented and untidy for my taste... and beats compromise hygiene. The food was fair, but the café area of the shoppes seems like a reflection, and the suppression of the hippy cutter meant that I could not wait to finish and leave my meal.

Nice cozy little place on the lively London Road from Sheffield at the southern end near Bramall Lane football field. You go to a shop first selling handmade cards, crafts and drinks (insence, scarves, ornaments, jewelry, candles, lamps etc.). The café is located in the back and is very small with about 10 seats and a small kitchen area. It's a bit like Mother Hubbard's kitchen could look, but in a nice way. There is a hot stove at one end keeps things warm in winter and cook a kettle of water. The range of foods is OK (paninis, sandwiches, calzone, roasted sandwiches, soups and dips). The coffee is good and there is a nice friendly local atmosphere in place. Great for a snack and a hot drink and maybe a small mosque around the shop. There is a nice selection of handmade cards at reasonable prices. If you are in Sheffield and make a point to vegetarian places, then it is worth a crack.

I love airy fairy. The store has a fantastic selection of candles and crystals, the atmosphere is a peaceful sanctuary, and the food is delicious. I particularly enjoy the bagel special with Camembert, the consistently fresh Greek salad, the beautiful soups, and the delightful lavender cake. The coffee is excellent and the prices are affordable. It's my favorite place.
