Chuck E. Cheese Pizza - Sheffield

Staff was incredibly rude, incredible overpriced, flat soda, and a burnt pizza. The staff was just staring at me talking to eachother while I was waiting to order, definitely not worth the money and my kids didn’t even enjoy it because of how small the building was. Also there was loud speaker in the bathroom? Like what?

I brought my kids to celebrate their birthday here. The whole card idea is stupid and doesn’t make sense and the staff was extremely rude. The ladies at the front counter where I ordered a pizza were very rude, completely ignoring me for 3 minutes as they just talked. To make matters worse the Halloween decorations are scattered everywhere and with running children it’s such a safety hazard, my three old fell over an inflatable cow randomly placed in an aisle. It was more fun complaining about how bad it was than actually enjoying it.

Had my sons birthday party here and he didn't want to leave! The facility was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and our host Ruben was so helpful and nice! We will definitely be coming back. My only complaint was the dance floor wasn't working completely but the manager explained they were having difficulties and he was trying to get it fixed.

I used to work here and coming back 16 years later is mind blowing and still the same as well!! I love this place me and my niece River both love Birthday Parties Chuck-E-Cheese
