Great relaxing atmosphere with good food, especially their Middle Eastern fares.

Our food at the Cactus Bar was absolutely delicious! We ordered the spinach and artichoke appetizer, and gyro, salmon platter and Greek salad wrap for dinner. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Good selection on draft. Highly recommend!

We’ve never been to 29 Palms before, so stumbled on this restaurant. Based on the exterior, we didn’t have high expectations for great food but were hungry so thought we’d give it a try. My husband and I were blown away with the incredible food! The hummus was home made (not generally a huge fan, but had to try) and it was SO good. I had the chicken curry and it was some of the best I’ve ever had! My husband had salmon and really enjoyed it. This is a family run business and the customer service was amazing! If we lived near by, it would be one of my “go to’s” for sure.

We were looking for a good dinner on a Sunday night and didn’t have a lot of options. We decided to take a chance on Cactus based on reviews, even though it didn’t look like much from outside. The food was delicious and it was family friendly, with a kids menu. It’s locally owned and the staff was super friendly. They also have a full bar with lots of cocktail options and a good amount of beers on draft. I never leave reviews but this is the type of place that you want to see succeed, so I want to give them a shout! If we had more time in the are, we would definitely eat here again!

Andy (owner) prepares great Greek food and the best Brisket sandwich ever! It is a great place to gather with friends, play some pool, and make new acquaintances.
