Bidrage med feedbackI am originally from the province of New Brunswick. Staying in Shediac was like a dream come true for me, as I was born in Sackville but left when I was young. I was so excited to come back home again, until I had a disappointing experience at DAIRY QUEEN. I simply wanted to order a cone and waited in line with only 5 other people, so it wasn't particularly busy. However, the employee at the counter took another customer's order while my two cones just sat there. It seemed as though they had been forgotten, as they were starting to melt by the time I received them. The employee was rude to the staff and didn't seem very happy himself. It felt like he let the power of being in charge go to his head. He didn't even say thank you or wish us a nice day. I believe the staff at this location need better training and management.
I can't believe the poor customer service we received at the drive-thru at this DQ in Shediac yesterday evening on Wednesday, May 5th, 2020. My friend, who had just arrived from Vancouver and had never been to Shediac, ordered the chicken basket and only received 2 pieces instead of the advertised 4. When she requested plum sauce and BBQ sauce, she was given tartar sauce instead. It was a very disappointing experience and we will not be returning to this DQ location in Shediac. I usually go to DQ all the time, but this experience was unlike any other we have had before.
As a senior I am on a budget .. this place has a good value for the kind of food they serve. The only thing that has disappointed me is that there is a new owner, and he's very rude when you're worried about...him. I ask him why the supplement for his (1) contingent. His answer to me was his own 10 milk queen Franchise and this is his policy. I made him aware that not on Mount Rd in Moncton and responds that he does not own it. For me, if you can afford 10 franchises, you can afford a small extra customer service and the few extra equipment......
I think they should be faster, I waited 20 minutes for a burger to throw them into the microwave. You never have their lights on... can never see the menu, and they are always rude.. and slam the window on your face when you... ask for something.. more than once forget to give me what I order.. they need new management!!!
Went to your store on January 25 ... 4 teenage girls working in the front , wasn’t even working .. just talking. Took forever to get what i ordered and frankly it wasn’t even that busy. One of them looked annoyed at my order.
