Subway - Sheboygan

If I could give zero stars, I would. we ordered 3 subparts on the phone to be picked up. not only was every single sub wrong, but they were made of chocolate chip cookies, slow like melasse, and we had old brot and uncooked speck. (I understand that the speck is precooked, but was not warmed up. the lady on the phone took a decade seriously to take our order. we had to repeat everything and it was still wrong. either the employees planned today need further education or the manager must be informed. will never return.

There is a large sign in the restaurant stating how the health of their customers is their top priority, yet the employees don’t wear masks. Clearly, to the owners of this restaurant, both the employees and the customers are sacrificial lambs for their profit. Wearing a mask is a very basic gesture to both stop the spread of this pandemic and show courtesy to others.

I came in here to get a sub and sit down to eat. The staff member who served me didnt seem interested to have a conversation with me at all. We knee each other yet he still displayed being uninterested completely, some of these employees dont seem to like their job maybe some of the more joyful jobless teens should be hired? Let's not also forget that I ordered a breakfast sub and the egg was served cold. The employee didnt even bother to our cheese on my sub. Nor ask. Just because i forgot doesn't mean I deserve to be ripped off. If you intend to eat here I suggest you don't do it in the afternoon when the 2 guys are working, they'll give you very poor customer service. However the ladies do a very nice job.

Gross. Watching the cashier handle cash then handle my food with the same gloves on is disgusting and against health codes. If they can't follow simple health code regulations, it makes me wonder what other health code violations they have.

It was 8 pm ,Wednesday evening. I had a craving for a sub and especially the chocolate cookies. Got my sub, but they were out of chocolate chip cookies. They should always have some on hand. It was a huge disappointment, will not return.
