Long wait just to find out we chose the worst wing stop in the whole Kansas City metropolitan area. It’s like this store chose to follow their own recipes .I gave two stars for the cashiers customer service. He was patient and very apologetic

Clean and friendly. The app was easy to use. Hot food and ready on time

I asked for 4 large ranches and got nothing. Tried calling the store but no answer. The wings are not the same without the ranch. Very disappointed. My food was also very cold after taking forever to get here.

Our order was incorrect but it was fixed with exceptional service. Everyone from the manager to the front coworker was kind and fixed the problem conveniently! Great food and love the choices!
