Twisted Fresh - Shawnee

Sides and sauces are extra. I told the young man that took my order to have the 2 sauces on the side. I like to dip my wraps and I don’t think I’m the only person that does that. First time going and as I write this review, I have not tasted the food I ordered yet. I’m in the car writing this, because they did not follow my order. Later on….i just ate some and of course with the one extra sauce in the wrap, the wrap is soggy and the veggies are still holding and good. Other than that, I would not go there again. If I could leave a picture, I would, though I don’t see where you can upload one.

The food is good but it gets disgustingly hot in the restaurant. It feels like they didn't turn on the AC and it's almost 100 degrees outside. We ended up taking our food to go and ate in our car.

This is the first time I visited this location and I’m very disappointed because I ordered a $16 Southwest burrito and it’s a tiniest thing I’ve ever seen. They are usually so big.

People here are nice and welcoming. Great customer service. Didn’t have to wait long for food to arrive. Brian was a great help and was very kind.

This is the only Twisted Fresh location I’ve been to, and it almost never disappoints. The only real complaint that I have is that the staff can sometimes appear visibly frustrated when you make certain requests. I totally understand being frustrated by picky customer, but I hate the guilt of just asking for a little extra honey aioli! At any rate, this is a fantastic restaurant and the staff always prepares my food excellently. Make sure you order the Cajun chicken tacos with honey aioli on the side. You will not regret it.
