Lc's On 18th - Shawnee

I tried the old shawnee pizza at the 18th yesterday. they have a special day after the royals have reached 5 or more courses, so I could not resist the opportunity to taste their pizza! I have a small pizza for $5 and I ordered one of their craft beer on tap. the normal price for the pizza was $9.25, so this is essentially a half price deal! I counted 12 bier choices for the design, and I assume they have other in bottles. the pizza was fantastic! I ordered a meatball pizza and it came loaded with meatballs and piping hot on a cracker style thin crust! I also have to mention that they are known for their huge (400 per their website) selection of whisky and it is literally a wall of whisky! this is located in northtown (north-Kansas city) half block south of 210 hwy. it wasn't crowded for my late lunch. the small pizza was more than enough for me, and would probably be enough for two moderate appetit. I will be back in any case!

My husband I had date night and listened to live music while enjoying burgers and fries. Food and service was very good.

Wow! The drinks were delicious! Loved the atmosphere and creativity. Our bartender was like a mad scientist mixing us up delicious drinks. Food was good too! The orange Bunny drink was amazing!

Very good food. I had the stuffed mushrooms served with fresh homemade horseradish sauce and the (pork) street tacos, there were only three but they were stuffed full and very good. My friend ordered the tenderloin sandwich and it was definitely a meal in itself. He said it was very good. The staff was friendly and knew the menu well. The restaurant was very clean and organized. I will be back.
