Kfc - Shawnee

I really enjoy a good chicken sandwich, so I decided to try the new one from KFC. It's quite tasty, with plenty of tender chicken. If I had to rate it, I'd put it just behind the sandwiches from Chick-fil-A and Popeyes, but not by a significant margin.

I had the three-piece combo, and it was fantastic. Tiffany was quick and very friendly. I really enjoyed the option to dine in.

The store was not clean, and the service was quite slow. I was the only customer at the counter, and my order was very simple—just a one-piece box. Unfortunately, they got it wrong. They did offer me an extra cookie as compensation, so that's something, I suppose. However, I felt a bit uneasy when they took my wrong order and put it back on the line to be served again. I had touched it, and then it went back on the rack to be served to someone else. I'm clean, but what about the next person?

My experience picking a delivery from this store was awful. Despite patiently waiting for close to 15mins to be served, I was told to wait further so they can serve customers who came in way after I had walked in yet I was next in line. Delivery drivers are equally important as customers that walk in or use the drive thru. Whatever happened to professionalism????

The huh was terrible it looked like it was sitting among the lights for hours it was very dry and hard the so call manager did not and would not correct the problem so if they go after a doggie meal to kfc on shawne mission parkway they have many doggie meals
