Chipotle Mexican Grill - Shawnee

Our eating had to be the worse experience on a chipotle tonight. eating was cold, the protein was missing for a $20 burrito. Nothing we wanted was put on the burritos. a bad experience that we do not return to this place.

These poor people are overworked and under servants. they make a great work to treat them and work through the masses. hopefully, the new one on the road will reduce a little load there.

The dame, which is at the beginning of the line, makes them wait while filling online orders, as customers are willing to place on order. I assume she's manager or owner. I asked today about a side of guacamole and was ready to pay for it. the same thing did not exist to me, however, and claimed incorrectly that she had placed guacamole on my veggie dish when she heard the cash that guacamole comes with the veggie dish. I was willing to pay for a page of guacamole, but once she was told that I don't have to pay for it, she said it was wrong that she had already put it in my bowl and did not give me my side guacamole. this is very dishonest to make a business and she stole from my food in the ground guacamole for her own profit! she must know that she is wrong! she lied to me in the ground before my eyes! I should have asked them to open the lid and verify me; but I trusted her. I came home and there were no guacamole on my bowl!?

Workers always focused on being common to the new girl, and said they have contributed to an idiocracy rather than just doing my order. 7 people worked and the new girl was the only one who had done her job to retire and drill into my bowl, and then when it came to the girl, that said that she contributed to the idiocracy, she held literally dancing and ignored my asking for huh and knocking others, until 5 minutes later they finally realized that my now were cold and that my now were cold. when I told her that I wanted to, she said stop and went back to do the online order, so I went away.

Beautiful venue. The Issues band performed for a wedding there. We had a great time the staff was wonderful. Food was great, a great place to do a small wedding or just a fun party!
