Bidrage med feedbackI will cut to the chase, they took my order ,I payed for it , I made a point to tell them, plenty of arby sauce, they handed me the bag, I looked inside and saw no sauce. I ask why no sauce after I specifically said to make sure I had it, they're answer was sorry we have no sauce were out, ok well how about telling me when make the order, instead of way after the fact, very poor customer service, how about when the customer orders tell them had they done that I would not have even ordered, however that's probably why they did not tell me screw the customer,oh well there are plenty more not like these young aspiring worker really care. They dont. How can Arby's sell roast beef with their signature sauce, travesty.
Manager was coughing all over, without covering her mouth. You could hear her berating the employees where we could hear. When she rang us up, we swiped the card and she walked away without saying anything to us. We had to take the receipt off of the printer. There was a lady that made our food, she was polite when she gave my husband our food, she thanked him. We were surprised how we were treated because it's usually better.
There not very friendly we had to wait like 5-10 minutes before they said anything to use the lady that took our order was not friendly at
I really love the sandwiched here but i'm not gonna lie, the new mac amd cheese bites are terrible. I 100% disliked them. Its a good concept but the execution is flawed. The noodles melt in the fryer, so they just end up being balls of cheese, so it throws off the texture, aside from that the staff are friendly and the lobby is what you would expect from fast food, in total, stick with the sandwiches, and let the mac n cheese bite go away as quickly as they appeared
Waited 35 min to order, was told to pull forward before I could get my order. Waited another 15 min. Got home with 4 sandwiches when there should have been 2 and neither ones were right!
