Auberge Escapade - Shawinigan

The restaurant at the Highway 55 exit offers a great menu with recommended options including steaks and salmon. While a bit on the pricey side, they have ample parking and are suitable for groups and special occasions.

I'm going twice a year in this restaurant because there's a meeting of ex-company employees. I meet friends there.

Ordinary room with a comfortable bed very small bath next time we will pay an extra in order to have the bedroom with king bed and more room

The hotel staff were really great, the rooms were adequate, and clean, but the weird thing was they didn't have bottled water even though the water that runs from the tap is yellow... Other than that, the service was nowhere near perfect, but everyone was so nice that it is acceptable even charming. I didn't try speaking engouffrer to anyone but I have a feeling of I had my experience wouldn't have been as great... I'll have to check next time :-)

We have lunch in the dining room, since we had a room on the site. The crêpes had no taste, the bacon either. The coffee was good. The service was courteous.
