Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Sharpsburg

Was ecstatic to learn that a Popeyes was opening near by as I'm from New Orleans, the birth place of Popeyes. Everytime i visit this location, the food is FAR OFF the mark and I get old and cold chicken that has been held long past the hold time and crunchy biscuits also held long past when they should have been tossed. It's as if they cook chicken and biscuits when the restaurant opens, then serve it all day. I try it every six months or so because I have a craving for Popeyes but it's consistently the worst I've ever eaten. The Franchisee /owner of this location should be ashamed of what he's doing to the Popeyes brand name. I called the restaurant today after my latest horrific experience and spoke to a Manager (Roy). When i told him that I just picked up old/cold chicken and biscuits he wasn't surprised at all. He offered to replace my order. I urged him to please do better!

This place was good when they first opened but now they can’t get anything right, management is a joke. They charge you for things that you don’t order in hopes you don’t ask for a receipt and then laugh and joke when you do get a receipt and want a refund on stuff you didn’t even order or receive. Be careful spending money here! I won’t be going back. They have gotten horrible!!

I placed an online order. When we got to the restaurant, the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. So, my husband went inside. The short lady up front told him that she didn't have an order for us. It was already paid for, so I went in. They started handing the short lady gobs of receipts. They finally found the receipt. It was an hour after I had ordered, I thought it would be ready. They found the receipt and still had to pack the meal. All in all, it took one and a half hours. 1 1/2. It seemed that the lady up front didn't know what was going on. While we were waiting, they locked the door to the dining room. It was definitely a cluster *.

Very modern and updated location that serves good hot food. I went through the drive-thru and wasn't disappointed with the service at all. I ended up getting the popular Popeyes chicken sandwich and it was nice and crunchy. It was really big besides compared to any other normal Burger but I'm not complaining. There is nothing about this experience that I would change and I would definitely be going back in the future.

I was enjoying stopping in this Popeye's location about 4 times a week until they close their Lobby now I have I have nowhere to sit down and eat lunch so I had to drive father to enjoy a Popeye's restaurant of course the employees what is so pleasant but the food was always good. I guess Chick-fil-A is out doing y'all in a couple of aspects. Thanks for giving us something and then taking it away.
