Sonic Drive-in - Sharpes

Remembered when this location was built. Now it looks unappealing to the eye. Most of the Drive thru speakers barely work, looks battered worn, screens cracked or broken. My son's good was lukewarm at best. Poor customer service, staff sounds like they don't want to be at work, all of this is not exactly Tip worthy, Good Luck!

If there was an option for zero stars I would have clicked that, I was here on a Wednesday afternoon at 3:25 pm, I pulled up hit the red button, I was instructed to wait a few min to take my order, I waited 15 min and then I heard the other 6 cars that showed up after me get their orders taken, I hit the red button again, no reply, I get out and ask what 's going on and get told it was a mistake and to go back to my vehicle and hit the button again, I then asked for the manager name and was instructed Kayla wasn 't there and to call in the morning, in a world where I 'd prefer human interaction I 'd like for them to just replace this whole location with automated robots please. 10 out of 10 won 't be back.
