The Morning manager is rude and need an attitude adjustment. My order was wrong and not very appealing

The food as fresh and good. The staff were friendly and even smiled... which is rare. Glad I stopped by this Popeyes. Thanks for your kind service ladies.

I broke my Dad gone tooth. I went back on February the 11th n they were the closest one to me. Unfortunately it was worse this time. I went through the drive thru because no one was there. I ordered beans n shrimp. I never got my shrimp because the lady in the window was like u have to pull up so someone can bring out the shrimp. That was ten minutes. Then I back up to window and was like where my shrimp at. So she was like I just dropped the shrimp. So I was like what u mean u just dropped the shrimp. Ur not the cook. Where's the cook at. She mumbled something. So I pulled back up to pole n it was another five minutes. So now I'm really mad. I pull out do a u turn and go back and park. I walk inside and the people at the register didn't even know she hadn't given me my shrimp yet. So I was like I want money back. I lost my dam appetite. I love popcorn shrimp but is it really worth the bad customer service? No it's not. It was other people in parking lot complaining about y'all not having no chicken. But telling me isn't helping no one.

Popeye's on Kings Road I would never return there again

With a 15 minute wait in the parking lot for my order to be delivered, this is not fast food.
