While waiting in the drive-thru, I encountered workers who were painting the drive-thru during rush hour. Despite politely asking the painter to wait until I passed by, I was ignored. Rather than waiting for my vehicle to be painted, I proceeded to the second window, leaving my receipt and change behind. When I explained the situation to the second attendant and asked for my change, I was rudely told it was not her problem and that I needed to drive back around, despite there being 6 cars waiting. I refused and insisted on waiting for my change, which led to me being shouted at and the window being slammed in my face. After requesting to speak to the manager, I was confronted by a light-skinned boy with blonde hair who interrogated me about the money I was owed and refused to give it to me. This led me to start recording the encounter. Unbeknownst to me, the workers had placed cones near my car, which I accidentally ran over. Overall, this experience lacked customer service and professionalism. With better service, customers may be more inclined to return. Please improve.
