Togo Tacos Daxue Rd - Shanghai

I identified this restaurant with Happy Cow. It is located on a beautiful street near Fudan University with trees, restaurants and cafes. Location, and some beautiful outdoor tables, are the best thing about Togo Tacos. The food was, well, okay. Essentially all objects can be made tacos, burritos, etc. vegetarian by swallowing in avocado for meat. As a vegan I had to remind them that they did not add cheese and cream (it was clear that the staff did not understand what “vegan” or “characterizing” means... and they came to think away, I am allergic to milk, which is good). At least the service was prompt and the food was cheap.
