Wendy's - Shakopee

Good food, but messed up my order last week. Came to eat inside, but door is locked. Apparently it is drive thru only, but you wouldn't know unless you pull up grab all your kids and walk to the locked door with posted hours saying the lobby is open.Food: 3/5

I have been to a lot of Wendy's in my time, and this one in savage is by far one of the best I've been to!My last visit I had a picture perfect Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, I mean it looked right out of a commercial. That's what sets this Wendy's apart, is the consistent high quality. I've never had a messy blown out burger from here.The staff always greets me with a smile and is quick on the service which is important for a fast food restaurant.Overall I'd visit this Wendy's over the others in the area, hands down.

Extremely rude night manager. Can’t order much past 11 as he shuts everything down early even though they are open till midnight. Every interaction I’ve had with him he’s been extremely rude.

NEVER! has my order been correct! Each time a decide to give Wendy's another chance I'm disappointed! Why is it so hard to get an order correct! I order the same thing each time..single pub burger no bacon and chicken sandwich. This time I ordered the same thing..and received a spicy chicken sandwich with bacon and a chicken sandwich with cheese. So confusedDietary restrictions: Pork allergy!
