Turtle’s 1890 Social Centre

We had our wedding here and we can give it our highest recommendation. Brian and Alaina were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. We never felt pressured or like we were being up-sold. The space has charm and classic beauty, so it doesn't need much decoration. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. I don't think there is a better value at our pricepoint for venue, food, drink etc.The venue itself is very nice, though even well under capacity, it felt very full at ~185 people.The staff was excellent, friendly and thorough.

They did a fantastic job with my parents' 50th wedding Anniversary! Planning with Brian was so easy....

I absolutely adore this bar. I only visit once every few years, typically for special occasions like Mother's Day or milestone birthdays. The service is top-notch, the food is fantastic, and the prices are very reasonable.

This restaurant is a great choice for groups, with convenient access to restrooms that are very clean. The menu offers a variety of food and drink options.

If you're looking for a great location that still has its old charm, look no further! I can confidently say that this place is like a fairy tale. Bryan, the owner, is incredible and very attentive. Carin, the bartender, is the sweetest and great at her job. Not to mention the pasta buffet we had was plentiful and absolutely delicious. This place is perfect for a dream wedding. I can't speak highly enough of our wonderful experience at Turtles 1890s Social Center.
