Pizza Hut - Shakopee

Never got my pizza. Tried to call the restaurant and it's either they were too busy with other people complaining or they just unplugged their phone since I was always met with a busy tone. This location has always been a bit rough but I feel this is thenail in the coffin. I'm honestly surprised they haven't closed down yet.

Pizza was delivered to the wrong house by DoorDash. Phone lines were busy at the store after multiple attempts. When we finally found our pizza it was cold, yet burnt.

This has become my go-to spot for pizza lately. I don't usually eat pizza, but I can enjoy theirs. I picked up my pizza yesterday after just 25 minutes of ordering, and it was hot and fresh when I got there. The staff member who greeted me was friendly and efficient, taking care of my order quickly. I’m not sure what the complaints are all about. I’ve never dined in; I only order for pickup. The interior does have an uninviting feel, as the building is old and dim, but I’m not bothered by it since I consider it a takeout place.

The service was awful. My food arrived late, and half of my order was missing. After waiting over an hour, the staff brought me warm soda and wings that were ice cold. I would recommend going somewhere else.

This place has a fantastic buffet, and they’re really accommodating if you forget your vouchers, offering you a great deal anyway. It’s also one of the few Pizza Huts left in the area! Please don’t close down!
