The Society Restaurant Bar - Shah Alam

The food is excellent and the restaurant is a great place to relax and enjoy a delicious meal.

I have visited this restaurant a few times now, but I have only tried their lunch menu so far. I appreciate that it is not too busy or noisy during lunch hours, making it a good spot for a business lunch. Each time I have dined there, I have made a point to try something new; my favorite dishes so far have been the tacos (crispy shell preferred over soft shell), nachos, and chicken confit. The grilled chicken burrito and the pork burger were decent, but not exceptional. The mushroom soup, pizza, and soft shell crab burger (a new addition to the menu) were just okay and not something I would order again. The service has been excellent, with a waiter who speaks fluent English and is attentive and polite. On one occasion, I noticed that the same waiter was working alone, managing everything from greeting customers and checking temperatures at the door to taking orders, preparing drinks, and serving food. Despite being overwhelmed, he handled everything with grace. My only suggestion for improvement would be to switch the cheese sauce to real melted cheese. I highly recommend this restaurant and encourage others to give it a try.

The atmosphere was great at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed the food.
