Bidrage med feedbackDecided to stay locally during the pandemic and order their brunch deal with champagne mmosas for the Mother's Day. after 15 minutes, the waitress came by and says they are out of obstsalat, would I rather be banan and edible? next I say they're out! Do I want apple juice or cranberry juice? for a job I called two days ago? They threw out the food I paid two days ago. cook cried to another employee and at a customer after an extra sauce. “She has to pay more!” crazy. then someone else comes over and tells me that I should just relax that they ran out of eating these things happen; they also sent someone for abi, then they gave me sunny d for mimosas? I tried to be nice and bite my parrot, just needed to eat at this place. then they told me that it was an honest mistake that someone else used my name and took our food? They just know that I ordered the brunch special? okay! too late to change plans. sad motherday brunch and then also no plates, serviettes or utensils. have eaten there in pastness and it was good; that was very disappointed!
The wait staff are incredibly caring and welcoming (especially the wonderful Lupe, Rosemary and Gill The breakfast pancakes are delicious, and the prime rib special for dinner was actually quite good and not overdone. The food is quite under-seasoned, but it is as one would expect from a diner. All in all, a good experience.
Very good blueberry pancakes, Eggs benedict ok, *Message to self...Eggs Benedict, not a diner choice! Good coffee, Waitress needs to smile.
How disappointing. I have been here for breakfast many times and it was always good. My wife and I went there for dinner, what a bust. My wife ordered a spinach pie dinner. It was advertised to come with a small greek salad. What she got was a very poor example of spinach pie, very flat and little cheese, and a garden salad. When she asked for greek salad as advertised they added some spinach to the salad, no feta cheese, grape leaves or olives. It was terrible. My buffalo chicken wrap was barely warm and barely had any sauce on it. On top of that the waitress acted like we were an imposition on her time that she had to deal with. Overall it was a terrible experience and we will not go back.
We ordered the Classic Cheese Burger Platter with raw onion and the Bacon Cheeseburger with Sweet Potato Fries oppose to French Fries. I assumed there was a substitution charge even though it is not on the menu $1.29 (within reason). My complaint is the 89 charge for a SLICE of raw onion also not noted on the menu. In all the restaurants I have been to if there was a charge for extra items i.e. lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese etc. The highest price I have come across was 50 which is reasonable. Even the $1.25-$1.50 for extra bacon is acceptable, but 89 for ONE slice of raw onion that's crazy! Also, this is not the first time I have been to this restaurant. I have also ordered the Greek Omelet and the Gyro Platter ALL JUST AVERAGE. On the plus side, they do have a friendly staff. Always greeted with a smile and a willingness to assist you.
