Rails Craft Brew Eatery - Seymour

The bartender was friendly, but the rest of the staff came across as insincere. The glassware and cutlery I was given were dirty, which was quite off-putting. My food was soggy, and the fries were more muddy than crispy. I hesitated to speak up, fearing it would just lead to more problems with my meal. The kitchen in the back seemed questionable, and I can't help but wonder how much spit and hair might have ended up in my food. Considering this was supposed to be a high-end establishment, I was shocked by how empty it was on a Saturday night. Overall, I was very disappointed and won't be returning. The service was poor, the food was mediocre at best, and cleanliness was a major concern.

The salad was wilted, and the steak lacked flavor. I put a lot of pepper from the table to try and enhance the taste. My knife was so dull that I ended up using a butter knife, which worked much better.
