Great little place to grab some Mexican, as well as a margarita with your meal.

The food and drinks are fantastic, very authentic. The owner and wait staff are so friendly. They are very understaffed like it is everywhere, but they do a great job. It's our new favorite local restaurant! Thank you!

El Sabor in Seymour, is aTerrific place! Our new go to local restaurant! Very generous portions and delicious. Everything is made as ordered, and the cocktail program is fantastic. We met the owner, Alejandro, he and his son are great people, and service is excellent even though there short staffed. We HIGHLY recommend it and will definitely to go back as soon as possible!!

We were in this restaurant in March and were very disappointed. However, they'd just opened and we thought we'd give them a second chance. Last week we went back. We were equally disappointed, if not even more so. The food is extremely bland. I ordered the BBQ burrito seems like it was smothered in 1/2 bottle of Baby Rays BBQ sauce. What happened? The restaurant didn't open at 10 as it says on their menu. Neither did it open at 11, but at 11:15! The lettuce on my plate had brown streaks all over like rust! The corn tortillas grew stale within seconds of unwrapping the foil. My Pepsi tasted like colored carbinated water! There's no salt or pepper shakers. It was one disappointment after another. Even the little pot of bean dip was cold! That's too bad
