We Should have read the reviews before going in. Dirtiest fast food place I’ve ever seen and as hungry as we were when we went in, couldn’t eat half our meals. It took 4 tries to find the least dirty table in the dining room. Staff yelling back and forth from kitchen to front entire time we were there. Not sure who is late for their shift tonight, but your coworkers aren’t fans of you.

This experience was NOT the same as previous visits to this Captian D 's in Seymour, IN.First off, there was a NOTE at the cash register stating that the fish was in a different batter and therefore the pieces of fish were of a smaller portion than the normal fish filets used to be.And to top it off,,, the NOTE said NO REFUND !!! But, we thought we 'd go ahead and order our meals. Big mistake, the filets were 1/2 the size of the original filets. The meat was darker. I indicating it was a different type of fish. The French fries were Luke warm and hard. The Malt Vinegar was very bland and didn 't even flavor the skinny little pieces of fish on our plates. There wasn 't any little pieces of batter laying in our plates.Totally disappointed with our experience !!!!!

The fish tasted disgusting!! Hushpuppies was very good! Fries were not very warm!! I am very dissappointed!! As I was waiting on my meal at the drive thru window I noticed a sign on window that stated they was using a new distributer to get the fish and they would not do any refunds on the fish!!
