Chick-fil-a - Sewell

Food is usually very good. Before Pandemic, this situation was very busy. Since the pandemic and the increase in inflation were not so busy. Use to get so busy in the drive thru that you are not in the parking lot. In the middle of 2022 was not so busy??????????? 4 stars

This wasn't a typical dining experience for me. The sandwiches were small and unbelievably dry. Since we live too far away, we won't be returning.

That said, we've encountered our share of errors. There have been instances where I received seltzer without syrup, missing sauces, and even whole missing items, like sandwiches. They frequently forget my salads. I could easily stop going, but I haven't yet. However, I’ve decided to give up on delivery after my last experience when my entire meal and drink were missing. I attempted to call the restaurant several times before actually getting in touch with someone. By the time I returned home, my family had already made dinner! If you can overlook these inconveniences, the food is excellent. We love their fries, sandwiches, and salads. The milkshakes are also great, especially when they remember to add whipped cream and a cherry! To be fair, they are always very busy and typically polite, but they could certainly improve on attention to detail.

They are quick, tidy, and incredibly friendly. I visit often and have never encountered any issues. There's always a warm smile and a wonderful experience to enjoy. The food is excellent as well. I've never had a wrong order. The only reason I'm deducting a star is because of the poor parking layout. I'm not sure if it was like that before Chick-fil-A opened or if it was a decision made during development. The parking lot is also secured at certain times.

Very crowded parking area, but very well maintained and operation runs smoothly. We ordered inside and the young woman I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. Food came as ordered and was very tasty. Our outside table was neat and clean. Bravo!!
