Terraviva Plaza Nueva - Sevilla

It was a good experience, with good food but a little bit more expensive for the quality and quantity that was offered.

The waiter seemed irritated on our arrival when the restaurant opened. The food was a disappointment overall. The salmon tartare was too salty (soy sauce) and tasted more like edamame than salmon with avocado. The fried calamari should have browned, but was pale, oily and did not require so much aioli. The ox tail dumplings were fine, but on par with something I might cook at home. Do not recommend in a city with so many food options.

The starters didn’t came and we directly got our mains. Correct apologies but we skipped the starters then. Mains tasted both excellent.

They had us about 1h and a half waiting for a rice because they were cooking to serve larger groups.
