If I could give a 0 I would!! I placed an order through the app, from Jefferson City and for some reason it sent it to sevierville location. I tried calling that location over 10 times which I have the proof on my phone. Finally a lady (Stephanie) picked up, sounding bothered that she even had to answer the phone. Guess because it was ringing off the hook with me calling multiple times. I explained to here the order was supposed to be for the Jefferson City store. And I needed to cancel this order off my credit card. She then proceeded to tell me she couldn?t cancel my order and it would still be processing even though I couldn?t pick up the food. I?ve worked in the restaurant business for over 20 years and I know for a fact you can cancel a credit card!! Especially if it hasn?t processed yet!!! When the store closes is when you run all your reports and close out credit cards for the entire day!!! I will be by that store tomorrow and hopefully can talk with someone that maybe can actually do their job!! I will never go back to this restaurant after I get my payment back or the food replaced!! Poor rude employees ruin a place?s reputation!!!! That would be you Stephanie
This Subway locations always been good whenever I come here also I highly recommend flatbread steak pepper jack cheese sweet onion sauce spinach tomatoes give it a try you'll love it.
This is a pretty solid Subway in Sevierville! The bread and ingredients were all fresh even though it was almost closing time, and the service was fast and courteous. The dining room also appeared to be very clean. If you're passing through Sevierville on your way to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg and need a quick bite to eat, this Subway is a good option.
This Subway has the worse people working there. We were waiting to be served and sat down to wait our turn, while the lady was preparing the sandwich for the person before us. She Subway lady asked us if we were picking up food, we answered no, we would like to order, we still waited for our turn. Another 2 customers came in and started to order their food. But the Subway lady started to prepare their order right in front of us, after we were waiting 15 minutes. We told her we were next, to what she didn?t care and continued serving the other people who just walked in. We decided to leave due to her attitude. Not professional, very rude and unfriendly We won?t come back there.
