Subway - Sevierville

I placed an online order for 3 steak and cheese subs TO BE LIGHTLY TOASTED!! 2 on white bread and 1 on Italian herb and cheese. The Italian herb and cheese bread was so burnt to a crisp as soon as I opened the sandwich you could smell the burnt bread and the way it looks, oh my goodness my first job at age 14, 30 years ago was at subway and even at age 14 I knew better than to ever serve bread looking like this. This is NOT the first time I have gotten a sub with charred bread but everytime I have tried to get a refund they said they don't issue refunds. Well everyone take a look at this sub and tell me It looks lightly toasted or even edible??? The smell is absolutely horrible!

As we Walked in the one worker there Got a huge online order We asked how long we would have to wait. (After we waited 5 mins) He said about twenty minutes we asked if we could get ours since there was only three of us getting six inch subs and we walked in before the order came in. And those people were not there. we were told Tuff, that 's not how this works buddy realistically, we walked in first and were ready to order. He wanted to use this as a reason to not to make more sandwiches since he already had the larger order

I think its crazy that they accepted my order then 5 minutes later cancelled it without any explanation. Go to the one on Dolly Parton instead. They won 't cancel your order.

Stopped for a sandwich on my way to work. No greeting from the young lady working, just told me to wait and proceeded to make herself a drink. She seemed sick and wasn't covering her coughs. The sandwich wasn't great, just going too fast so not getting enough sauce and seasonings. Will definitely go to a different location next time. Awkward gross experience.

Elisa was very friendly and made one of the best sandwiches I've ever had highly recommended this subway.
