Red Lobster - Sevierville

The food was great. It was close to closing, so our waitress was more worried about getting her closing chores done than waiting the table, but she was really nice and did a fair job.

Had a bad experience on our 1st anniversary. Never had an issue ever at Red Lobster. 1st, they changed the stuffed mushrooms recipe, which was very sad. Couldn't even eat them. Other issues, have been reported to the General manager. I only wanted 1 meal to be refunded. He topped my request and more. Thanks for going above and beyond to make it right. This was an isolated occurance, as we have celebrated events with Red Lobster for years, and bad experiences can and will occur at any restaurant. Greatful for the bonus. Now.....hopefully, they get rid of the new mushroom recipe and bring back the original.

Our server was amazing. Perfect attention to details.

Great sea food here. Kids Friendly. Service was great. Cheddar biscuits are kids favorite.

Food was good though the fish portion was extremely lacking, huge bowl of coleslaw which I don't eat and a handful of fries. Price was a bit exhorbant $4 for a soda is ridiculous. I ran restaurants once upon a time and bag in box soda goes a long way. Last time I eat at red lobster.
