Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Sevierville

I ordered online when I moved to the store. I told them my name, they immediately began to bring my order together! Everyone at the store said: “Welcome to Popeyes!” Exceptional customer service. Nobody ran and hid like another fast food chicken place.

Havent had Popeyes in time. The chicken was great and the red beans and rice were amazing. The ride was not busy and the lady was very polite. I recommend this location in Sevierville, great location and easy access from Parkway.

Only 2 employees work and work hard! Bathrooms need maintenance. Chicken sandwich, excellent. Close race with chicks fil a Fries, very good. Weapons are better Mac n chz. People have to work. The two ladies who work this morning need a bonus.

Really good roasted chicken, I love the sides, I had the fried chicken, with red beans and rice, and sweet tea. Great service, clean, quiet dining area.

I ordered food a few days ago before they closed when i went out there from out of town. They forgot my order, but gave my mom her order. I called them very next morning and they replaced the food for me. They are very nice people and apologized for the issues. When people do make seperate orders please make sure they double check it to make sure they gave everything out. Love their food as well.
