Starbucks - Severna Park

I come here a lot. The coffee is always good. If you don't like your order, they will fix it. It's Starbucks. If Starbucks is what you want, well then you should come here.

The woman forgot which of my two drinks was pumpkin or caramel. She then asked me to smell them so she could tell them apart. I told her they were not for me and I would not smell them. So SHE SMELLED THEM, sticking her face in my drinks!!! She then labeled them (incorrectly) and handed them to me. Completely incompetent and unprofessional.

After we paid we were told there would be a 10-15 minute wait time for our order. Reality 25 MINUTES before we received our drinks. 25 minutes is way too long of a wait, unacceptable!

Just had a very kind super hero Ironman pay for my order at this Starbucks. Thank you so much for your random act of kindness!!

This location is the best location I have been to by far locally. Staff are always friendly and are incredibly receptive and inclusive of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
