As always a very pleasant lunch with very good service and good food. ash was happy and very good service. can't have up to 120 characters, how more can I say!

We enjoyed our food and the choices. Iniyial the drinks took a while to serve us would we come back to the restaurant. Yes defineatley

Always pleasant meals here. Service very well with friendly but unfamiliar service. I was once told that the sign of a good restaurant is that there is no single table where you don't want to sit. Except for a table, this is the case with Rose and Crown in Dunton Green.

As always, food choices are very good and varied, well prepared and. Service tonight was excellent usually anyway.) Why do I always miss it when chicken and mushroom puss are on it? Used to make the usual cake-vor-Covid.

Food good, service terrible, waited ages for orders to be taken and delivered. Arrived 13.30 and left restaurant at 16.45. Given 2 menus with less choice on 1 for desserts which caused us to query what was available. Then told the crumble wasn’t available and upon query it was available. 4 of us chose the fruit crumble which said served with custard. When our bill came we were surprised it stated 50ppp had been added for the custard. There was no indication of an extra charge on the menu for the custard. Crumble and custard go together just like fish and chips but wouldn’t expect to pay extra for chips. Apart from the food everything else was appalling even down to nobody coming to take our payment. We could have easily walked out without paying but as we are honest people we paid over the bar. A reply is expected.
