I've waited hours for delivery, and they only start preparing the pizza after their single delivery person comes back. I've had to call and pick up my order instead. This has happened to me four times now. From now on, I'm sticking with 7 Lakes Pizza. Their pizza tastes better and is made promptly.

When I called to request a refund or a replacement, the representative I spoke with was very polite and understanding. She assured me they would remake the pizza and send another delivery driver, although it might take 30 to 45 minutes. They also substituted my sodas with water, despite me having paid for the drinks. On top of the $4.99 delivery fee, I had added a $5 tip. In return, I received a pizza that was inedible and water instead of soda—an obvious mix-up that shouldn't happen. Now, an hour and a half after I was told my order would be replaced, I find myself on hold waiting to speak to the manager. When I was informed he "was busy making food for customers," I expressed that I am a paying customer who has already paid and did not receive what I ordered. I was given assurances that it would be corrected, yet here I am still waiting. As a single mother with three small children who need to eat, my time and money are valuable. Loyal customers deserve better treatment. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, and I will be seeking a full refund, as well as contacting corporate. Aside from a few friendly staff members, the overall customer service is disappointing.

The pizza has been quite disappointing lately. It's been dry with very minimal toppings. Additionally, receiving delivery from them has proven to be quite a challenge.
