Bidrage med feedbackMy husband and I have visited this restaurant a few times and always enjoyed the food and friendliness of the place.!We happened to be there a night when the son, a gifted musician played a few times on his saxophone and some of the guests sang....a memorable evening.W e will be back
The owner/ chef is an extremely friendly person and although we didn't speak the same language we managed to order a very tasty meal. The wine was also great and we didn't pay much. In terms of atmosphere it has cer been the best restaurant I've been to on my trip in Portugal.
This was a special dinner menu to celebrate Saint Martinho , it was made up of typical traditional Portuguese food , we began with black olives and sliced chourico , followed by cal verde soup , a fish course of sardines followed by a meat course of stuffed roast pork , desert was baked/fried sweet potato with sugar and canela , and as tradition demands finally roast chestnuts , Coffee was served with a local ligueur. The full menu was very well prepared and presented in a very friendly and charming atmosphere , not forgetting a selection of red and white wines were available , however the house red wins was excellent . The whole evening was enhanced by the fact the hosts Claudia and Pedro are both active in running their restaurant , which brings all the clients into a very happy family atmosphere , therefore in summing up anyone visiting Setubal should mark this restaurant in their agenda to visit at least once
Excelente
