Great food, great hospitality. wonderful atmosphere. it happened, but it was the highlight of the trip.

We ate here on monday at this family farm trattoria in an old style they rarely see more. mama was the cook and greeted us when we arrived. we immediately felt the unique kind of gastfreundschaft, which it only in Italian is spoken here and they seemed not to be a menu. we said mama we were vegetarian and she listed the pastas that were available in a Ragu sauce without meat. the pasta was not homemade, but the Pomodoro sauce was and it was delicious. brot was brought to the table without asking, and it was the best brot we had on this trip. the Parmeasean cheese was also brought to the table without asking. a so big service here. the house red wine was not cooled (good) and was very tasty. the proportions are average and the prices are somewhat below the average. several locals came in while we eat. not another tourist in itself. we enjoyed our lunch here absolutely. we even told mama on the way out and she was so glad that she shook my hand. what a wonderful place to have a meal. it is not raised or gourmet, but exactly what we were looking for. highly recommended if they are in sessa arunca.

Il ristorante si trova nel cuore di Sessa Aurunca. L'ambiente è abbastanza spartano e piccolo, ma era piuttosto freddo. Il cibo era discreto (troppo salato per i nostri gusti) e non tutto ciò che c'era sul menu era disponibile. Il proprietario era gentile e il rapporto qualità-prezzo era in linea con i prezzi di una trattoria.

Una grande trattoria con prodotti tipici e un'atmosfera senza troppi fronzoli, proprio come dovrebbe essere. Personale cortese, prezzi onesti e altissima qualità del cibo. Sicuramente una tappa obbligata per chi visita la città. Consigliato.
