We start the year with frogs, we continue with crayfish then we move in the fall towards game after a few detours towards the pike perch or pigeon (extraordinary pigeon!! The 2024 frogs menu is as delicious and generous as ever (aperitif terrine, frogs, dandelions, donuts, black forest ham, desserts...and schnapps . It's not cheap, but the frogs here are fresh, wonderfully cooked, and don't come from Romania... For the rest, there is no nicer place to have lunch in the region and the family service is efficient and friendly.
Charming place where you can eat on the terrace or inside in a rustic setting. Very warm welcome and very good dishes.
Very beautiful wooden inn with the possibility of lunch/dinner on the terrace with a view of a pond or inside in front of a magnificent fireplace. Generous home cooking that honors local products. And for dessert, a set of desserts. Owners who love their job and have a lot of humor. Absolutely worth discovering.
Very well located for people who love nature. a little isolated and away from everything.The setting is charming and bucolic.The hostel looks more like a small manor than a farm. Possibility to eat on the terrace near a pond. Very disturbing and possibility of hiking or walking around the ponds. The meal was good but not too many choices by but nice surprise with the dessert: plate of several desserts copied with...
We were happy to eat a second time in this place that seduced us the first time. But it's a very big disappointment! The dishes were really not copied, a lean pigeon to peel for me, a fish to undo for my daughter from 10 to 26€ and just a little purée to accompany! For dessert, no choice, you must be satisfied with what is proposed on the display! Charged €11 for my daughter who didn't take a menu! It's a shame because the frame is nice!
