Fantastic thanks in particular to fabiola, enrico, pine nuts, giorgia, adam and gaia have made a lot of fun our children. we felt guests and not recommended customers

We stayed at this property from 15 to 20 August. We are a family with 2 children one of 13 and a 9-year-old girl with a serious form of nonverbal autism. we were surprised especially for the availability and kindness of the staff from the reception where fabiola, Franciscan and their collaborators were really professional. the structure and the room were as established by the estimate, some small imperfections but nothing serious. the animation present and not intrusive is aimed above all to small children we say until 10 years,. the junior club was incorporated into adult activities, so my son preferred not to participate. but we come to the best part of the stay that is certainly catering. Great kitchen! the first dishes and the seconds always varied and plentiful, the buffet appetizers numerous and good. compliments to the chefs, especially to ray, I think it was called so, the chef of color, of the internal restaurant, who has repeatedly worried about the meals of my daughter and has kindly explained to us and other customers, the various dishes proposed, always with the smile. then a super thanks to michela, the manager of the restaurant, which is really a very precious element. kind with us, with other guests and especially with his young collaborators several times I always resumed with the smile. we have always seen her moving carefully towards everyone...which is not easy at the end of the season when tiredness is felt they were all really good. a plausible also to the staff of the bar, especially to pine. thanks finally to the cleaning ladies always present on the floors but never disturb. We hope to see each other again. Good job

Nice clean and well organized staff prepared and friendly always ready to satisfy every need of us guests the boys of the animation of the prometeo group wonderful for every age group from the welcome to the final greetings always present with so cheerful food abundant with various choices x every goto of good quality served by a very courteous staff all managed by the super fabiola that with its skill has made our holidays wonderful food

Second year in this chain, what to say, some things are definitely to improve, in my opinion the pools should be connected to the splash area to facilitate the movement of children, always abundant and very good food. we had a triple rio, maybe a little small, even the slightly uncomfortable bathroom. animation not bad but definitely to improve. cfh is still a certainty!
