Vertigo - SERIATE

Italy's well known for its great food and Vertigo in Bergamo lived up to that reputation. It was the last restaurant I chose before leaving for the airport (it's under 10 mins away). Delicious authentic food in an environment buzzing with local families and couples. Highly recommended.

The owner is vegan, so she definitely knows what vegan means. The food is really good, even the waiter service. You can get vegan appetizers, main dishes and desserts. I recommend it absolutely!

Molto apprezzabile il fatto che in generale non propongono un infinito splinter di piatti (nota a favore), ma che tra loro ci sono un'opzione vegana e un vegetariano e che sono ben segnalati. Dell'opzione vegana mi piace il fatto che è semplice ma allo stesso tempo non facilmente disponibile in altri ristoranti. Ad esempio, ieri (13/09/22) c'era un menu Tabbouleh.

They characterize their vegan options. I had “Testaroli al pesto” that was not labeled vegan, but she told me it is also vegan when it excludes the parmesano above. Very delicious dish, my father took whole grain farfalle with grilled vegetables and “hijiki” algae, which was also very good. As a second course I also had “Torta Salate” very good.
