Pizza Ranch - Sergeant Bluff

Just picked up 8 piece chicken, mashed and gravy. Chicken was great. Potatoes and gravy were cool. Had to heat up to serve. I live 5 min away....so.

Food good, sad about slow delivery time. Below I wrote about food that was delivered promptly. This last year has shown slow deliveries, barely warn pizza. Tonight we called at 430 knowing delivery started at 5. We replied delivery between 5-5:30 would beFine. At 5:50 we called ane were told our puzza was just leaving the restaurant. Now at6:22 we still have no pizza. Not happy.Pizza was hot, good variety, chicken piping hot, fresh salad all tasted great. I did not eat any desert pizza or ice cream, but hunt said they were delicious.Vegetarian options: Roma tomato pizza and their prairie pizza is vegetables only.Parking: Easy to find, parking lot on both sides as there are 2 entrances.Kid-friendliness: There is a Kids night, where they eat free.Wheelchair accessibility: Level lots and no stairs.

Went for supper and they had no food on the buffet. Only enough pizza to fill one pizza pan and it was old and nasty. Chicken was over cooked and not good. Waffle fries were hard. Nothing looked appetizing at all. VERY VERY disappointed in quality of food and service. Others there were also not happy about lack of edible food!!!! Wont be going back to this location!!

If you are not white don’t go here. We walked in with our children and spent the entire dinner being watched. I even had someone step in front of me multiple times preventing me from grabbing food. We were not welcomed there and should have walked out but we had our children and didn’t want them to be disappointed as they were so excited for pizza ranch.we also are not race card people and have a very conservative and christian background. This was simply an aweful experience that I hope our family never has again.
