This place was more beautiful than I expected and offered two vegan salads. Unfortunately, they were no longer meat for the Taco salad, so I had to go with the tofu hummus. what I think is actually hummus from tofu bc there was no tofu on my salad, and looking at the menu, there is also no tofu on it. it tasted really good and I also got a side of the roasted vegetables that were also delicious. the personal was knowledgeable about veganism. they are currently running a special with pesto tofu noodles and I asked if it vegan and he said no, the pesto contains cheese. that was a plus for her!
