Pizza Hut - Selmer

I ordered my food four hours ago and called three times. Every time they say it's on the way and it's there in 10 to 15 minutes. Now they are closed and still no food. The part that sucks my card even more.

On 4/15/19. Had to wait, understandable as there were people before me. After all had gone, the staff started to grab and cuddle and seemed to have a great time, one of the employees comes to me to tell me that it will be longer because they missed one of my pizzas. After another 20-minute waiting period, they took my pizza out, came home with the pizza, and they gave me a completely different pizza, then I ordered. And I know I checked before departure, but I was tired to wait and just wanted to get out, because the staff didn't know how to work in a job. Someone has to do something about the employees and get a real management there, because that was very unacceptable and very unprofessional. I didn't have to wait well for my pizza for 45 minutes, and my order should have been right, but since the employees don't want to work, I have 2 pizzas that were totally wrong. Very disappointed. We're not going back.

I have an order from this PizzaHut location about 10 times since I moved from Illinois a few months ago. This location is very clean, the staff is very friendly. There were many times where they were? ve was stumbled over my order (sorry! because I usually Spicy Garlic sauce on the side, every time I order, they don't have the specific item on the register, so they? ll out it as buffalo or something. What do I do? I appreciate the hospitality and Amanda the manager, is always so friendly! You only get other articles? if they? or if they get back out of the item and replacement. The waiting times are understandable as they are 1 of 3 pizza places in the city. Tldr: super friendly staff, very good food, amazing managers, comprehensible waiting times.

My husband an I tried to order delivery which would have been a quite of bit of pizza hut just lost because the cashier told us they won't deliver the 9 miles we live away from the store ....pizza hut won't be getting anymore of my buisness thanks to this experience .I know being a store General Manager myself you should always make your customers experience a good one ..that place needs better customer service in a bad way!very much displeased !
